Nyararai leads NCS's research, evaluation, gender, SRHR, and social inclusion portfolio. He brings more than 20 years of development and humanitarian experience across Mozambique and Southern Africa, with senior leadership on baseline studies, gender analysis, market systems, livelihoods, and human rights assignments.
Domingos José Domingos
Senior MERL Consultant
Domingos supports NCS assignments that require MERL systems, digital data collection, dashboards, and data quality assurance. His work spans GBV, child protection, humanitarian, and development programmes in Mozambique, with strong experience in KoboToolbox, XLSForm, Power BI, and ActivityInfo.
Ganyani Khosa
Principal Consultant — M&E, ICT4D
Ganyani brings more than 20 years of experience in M&E, knowledge management, ICT4D, and results-based management. He has supported assignments across SADC and beyond, including e-government applications, MEAL frameworks, surveys, data analysis, visualisation, and executive dashboards.
Damian Lilly
Principal Associate & Senior Consultant
Damian is a senior humanitarian, development, and peacebuilding consultant with more than 20 years of experience with UN agencies, NGOs, and research institutions. He contributes expertise in strategic reviews, policy research, humanitarian affairs, human rights, protection, and peacekeeping.
Joseph Goko
Consultant — Compliance
Joseph supports NCS with project planning, compliance, value chain analysis, rural development, and evaluation assignments. He has more than 35 years of experience in project management and planning, including donor-funded programmes, baseline studies, mid-term reviews, endline evaluations, and strategic planning.
Phillimon "Phil" Mlambo
Operations Consultant
Phil brings senior experience in youth development, organisational development, operations, and positive youth development. His background includes leadership roles in youth rehabilitation, SRH education, entrepreneurship, economic empowerment, and regional NGO operations.
